HCL-32 in Road Safety and Surgical Trauma Care (HRSSTC)

The echo for this proposal has been overwhelmingly positive, and now spans all continents, but I made a few mistakes, which should be addressed immediately in this section.
HRSTC: suggestions for a start-up framework (2012)
The encounter between MH personnel and people from hospital ward-based SURGICAL trauma care on the topic of hypomania is the aim of a minimalist study to use the HCL-32 on these trauma victims. The brain-storming phase should be creative, open to anybody, but brief. It is supervised by Prof. Jules Angst, who gave the successful HCL-32 for FREE, and it is kindly followed with advise by an expert for injury prevention from WHO in Geneva. The task of the moment is to return the echo of IRBD attenders to the trauma and emergency surgeons of international associations, and to SURGICAL trauma care people in both small and large inpatient treatment facilities, and to clarify conceptual questions.
